In a tree near the river, a band of howler monkeys is cavorting wildly. Their play comes to a halt as you pass by; they've smelled the dried liver of one of their poor lost brethren. They become fearless in their angry mourning for the monkey who was sacrificed for a piece of dried liver, which you now carry in your pocket. As one beast, the horde of monkeys attack vengefully, ripping you to pieces with their little monkey teeth.
